We work with individuals and businesses. There’s a slight focus on the music industry. However, we enjoy doing deep-dives into industries both familiar and unfamiliar.
How long is the standard waiting time to get an answer from the Mediora team?
After filling out the form, we will contact you within 1-2 working days.
What is the working process with Mediora going to look like?
After filling out the form, you will be contacted by us within 1-2 working days in order to schedule an introduction meeting where we discuss your needs and wishes. If needed, we provide more information regarding our services and prices. After establishing your expectations, working and pricing methods, timeline, a contract will be signed by both parties. Depending on the size of the project, weekly or bi-weekly meetings will be held with your team to discuss progress and listen to any feedback you have for us.
Do we need to be in person to work together?
Not necessarily. We’re always happy to meet and work in person when it’s possible or needed. However, we’re flexible and happy to collaborate from afar over email, phone, Zoom and various collaboration tools such as Google docs, Microsoft Teams or Slack.

What are the service expenses I should roughly calculate / expect?
Pricing is completely dependent on each client’s unique needs and wishes. We try to set our fees in a way that is attainable for small and medium-sized enterprises and young individuals in the early stages of their careers. Additionally, we create custom service packages and prices depending on the billing method - project or subscription-based. The cost for the personal branding service starts from €400 per project, depending on the type of photoshoot, video, and marketing material, as well as the project timeline.
How does the payment work?
We offer monthly plans and project-based billing.
Payment is divided into two parts and paid before and after executing the project. Before the project starts, a deposit must be paid, which is 30% of the total price.
In case of subscribing to our services for a long term, every month a bill/invoice will be sent to your email and must be paid within 14 days after receiving it. If you want to cancel your subscription, you must notify us at least 1 month in advance.
